Have fun, work hard, stay humble. If you aren't enjoying the process, you're doing it wrong. I love helping people have the best hour of their day and be the best version of themselves.

Know your clients as people, then as athletes. Once you know what brought someone in the door, then you’ll know how to help them reach their goals.
P.S. Don’t forget to make it fun along the way!

Motivation is fleeting, but discipline gets me to the gym every time. Progress is made through sacrifice. If you surround yourself with good people and commit to giving your all, success is inevitable. We aren't just working out; we are training for the next event, the next race, and for whatever challenges life brings.

I began my fitness journey as a high school wrestler and powerlifter in Maryland. After some fun-filled college years in Iowa and a stint as a roller derby official in North Carolina, I found myself painfully sedentary. Walking into a CrossFit Gym in Tennessee saved my life. My fitness journey has been transformative and rewarding.

I love to learn and teach, so getting my CrossFit trainer certification was a natural next step. I also teach classes in firearm safety, tactical preparedness, homesteading, animal processing, and more.

Have fun, work hard, ask questions, and keep coming back. Bottom line up front: I want to see the same faces walking through the door before class starts, and maybe a few new faces along the way. Also, I’m a stickler for Form Over Speed and Intensity.

I grew up playing basketball, baseball, and football…not very competitively. Shortly after joining the Air Force, I developed a passion for weightlifting. It wasn’t the prettiest form, but we live and learn with minimal injuries along the way (or so we hope).
While stationed in Germany, a friend introduced me to this new class on base called CrossFit (circa 2010).

Fitness is for everyone. A workout can be scaled to meet anyone’s needs. As a mom with back-to-back pregnancies, I’m here to move my body and be an example for my kids. I’m passionate about supporting clients through every phase of life, helping them feel strong, capable, and confident along the way.
