    Currently playing rugby with ATL 2.0 Selects and multiple regional select teams. I’ve had the honor of representing my country with USA South in three international tournaments and competed at the 2024 USA Club 7’s Nationals.

If you surround yourself with good people and commit to giving your all, success is inevitable. We aren't just working out; we are training for the next event, the next race, and for whatever challenges life brings.

  • I began my fitness journey as a high school wrestler and powerlifter in Maryland. After some fun-filled college years in Iowa and a stint as a roller derby official in North Carolina, I found myself painfully sedentary. Walking into a CrossFit Gym in Tennessee saved my life. My fitness journey has been transformative and rewarding.

  • I love to learn and teach, so getting my CrossFit trainer certification was a natural next step. I also teach classes in firearm safety, tactical preparedness, homesteading, animal processing, and more.
